Our training grant requires donations called “In-Kind Match” which is a non-monetary donation from a business or individual in support of our program goals. Students are able to donate documentation of travel expenses if you traveled from your home/work region to another city to attend a SAFVIC course. Your travel expense documentation will be considered a donation of support to the SAFVIC Program.

We have a created an easy to complete form to submit your documentation – this form can be completed on a desktop or mobile device.  There is no need to return any forms to us, it is all electronic and will be complete in a minute or two.
